Robert Culver

Robert works across engineering, software, data, reporting, and applied AI. His engineering career began at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in 1988. At Microsoft, beginning in 1995, he designed and integrated production, scheduling, digital-asset, library, ticketing, database, and web systems.

His later work spans regulated product development and manufacturing, search advertising, healthcare data integration, legal document workflows, enterprise reporting, large-scale data platforms, and governed finance AI. He is most useful where technical architecture must remain connected to business purpose, operating constraints, and hands-on implementation.

Ben Johnson

Ben has worked in technology since 2004, with experience spanning retail operations, enterprise reporting, digital media and music licensing, fintech and cryptocurrency, facilities operations, data engineering, and production software.

His work has connected analytical systems to practical decisions: store staffing and reporting, global royalty calculation, real-time cloud data flows, facilities and maintenance reporting, and software supporting more than 10,000 units of specialized production inventory. He combines data-platform depth with the operating judgment required to make systems useful outside the engineering team.
